We are a start-up, Oil and Gas exploration and production company based in Ghana. We operate diverse stream of Oil and Gas activities spanning exploration, appraisals, developing commercial discoveries, and subsequent production, capital raising to fund development projects, and local capacity building for a sustainable future. Do you have a diversified, in-depth technical and managerial experiences including managing Oil and Gas start-ups?
Roles & Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report to the Board of Directors and will have overall responsibility for all activities of the business. The CEO will be responsible for driving and ensuring the company meets its goal of becoming a world-class operator in the next 15 years.
Working with the Board, the CEO will lead the development of the company’s strategic plan and annual operating plan. You will also establish the key performance measures that will be used to assess growth and achievement of corporate objectives.
You will ensure regulatory compliance and build internal capacity in support of the future sustainability of the Oil and Gas sector of the country. The CEO will be responsible for building a capable, motivated, ethically-minded, high performance team who will ensure maximum shareholder value.
The CEO will also ensure a smooth functioning, efficient organization, as well as assure programme quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems, policies and procedures, performance monitoring and evaluation.
He/ She will have oversight for the financial activities of the company and establish the company as a world class brand within the oil and gas sector.
