Iran’s Minister of Trade, Industry and Mines, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, has pledged the country’s readiness to share its experience in mineral exploration with Ghana.
“Iran has largely gained experience in mining exploration, which it is ready to share with friendly countries,” Nematzadeh told Mr. Edward Doe Adjaho, Speaker of Parliament, in Tehran during an official visit.
“Ghana is rich in bauxite and manganese mines, and Iran is ready to dispatch expert groups to determine methods of cooperation in the aforementioned fields,” the Iranian official added.
Mr. Adjaho said the necessary measures will be undertaken for the establishment of a joint business council between Iran and Ghana.
