  • BOSTEvents at the Bulk Oil and Transport Company (BOST) a state owned public corporation, are indicative of the ruinous manner in which the previous National Democratic Congress (NDC) handled the affairs of this country.

Documentation cited by this newspaper indicates that in the past few years, staff strength at BOST was boosted at a huge rate, up to about five hundred percent, with mostly activists of the then ruling NDC.

One group of people who benefitted highly from this reckless policy were NDC serial callers, who were hired by the dozen onto the ground of BOST, effectively making the state the sponsor of NDC propaganda activities .

It was one of the several means adopted by the Awuah Darko administration to propagate his so called achievements while in office.

Unofficial communicators for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are popularly called ‘Serial Callers’.

Some of the serial callers who were enrolled onto the BOST staff are the likes of Justice A. Kudalor, Driver, Genevieve Kwafo, Dispatch, Harriet Afriyie, H.R. Rep (administration), Francis Nii Boye, Transmission, Emmanuel Kpogo, Transmission, Razak, Dogbe, Safety, Maxwell Atia, Safety, Bright Thompson, Operations, Eric Asare Osei Bonsu, Operations, Michael Zigah, Operations, Du-Bois Amponsah, Operations, Theophilus ll, Odamten, Operations, Raphael K. Sesenu, Operations, Stephen Kpabitey, CCTV, Obed Siameh, Ganaku Eric, CCTV, Benjamin Sarfo, David Avornyotse, CCTV, Ken Afu Godsway, CCTV.

The Daily Searchlight has it on good authority that the above named individuals were all serial callers who were attached to the respective department, but used official working hours to engage in partisan politics.

Information available to this paper indicates that the Ghanaian tax payer’s money was sued to buy mobile phone unis to the serial callers which they used to call into radio stations across the country to push the BOST and NDC agenda.
