    SUPPLY OF LUBRICANTS FOR OFFSHORE OPERATIONS

    MPSG is by this publication, inviting suitably qualified, validly certified and experienced Ghanaian registered companies for prequalification, for the Supply of lubricants for offshore operations.

    1. These services shall include the supply of lubricants and stock management for MPSG.
    2. To qualify to beinvited to tender, evidences of the following are mandatory:
    3. Contractor shall be a fully Ghanaian registered indigenous company as per Petroleum (Local Content and Local Participation) Regulations 2013.
    4. Contractor shall have valid Ghana Petroleum Commission Certification for operation in upstream oil and gas sector to undertake the service scope.
    5. Contractor shall submit Regulation of Company, forms three (3) and four (4)
    6. Contractor shall have operational warehouse/supply base in Ghana (provide drawings, pictures, etc)
    7. Contractor shall submit financial reports for the last three years.
    8. Contractor shall demonstrate HSE Management system
    9. Contractor will not be invited to tender if evidence of any of the above is not presented.
    10. Interested Companies should send their duly completed submissions via email on or before the close of day, March 25, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.

    PROVISON OF NORMALLY OCCURING RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL (NORM) CLEANING SERVICES FOR JUBILEE OFFSHORE FPSO OPERATIONS

    MPSG is by this publication, inviting suitably qualified, validly certified and experienced Ghanaian registered companies for prequalification, for the provision of normally occurring radioactive material (norm) cleaning services for jubilees offshore FPSO operations

    1. These servicesshall include  the decontamination of equipment  and provision of qualified personnel for NORM cleaning
    2. To qualify to be invited to tender, evidences of the following are mandatory:
    • Contractor shall be fully Ghanaian registered indigenous company as per Petroleum (Local Content and Local Participation) Regulations 2013.
    • Contractor shall have valid Ghana Petroleum Commission Certificate for operation in upstream oil and gas sector to undertake the service scope.
    • Contractor shall have operational office /supply base in Ghana (provide drawings, pictures, etc.)
    • Contractor shall submit financial reports for last three years.
    • Contractor shall provide HSE Management system.
    • Contractor shall have experience in high pressure water jet cleaning and tank cleaning services. Provide previous work experience in the last 3 years for either onshore or offshore.
    • Contractor will not be invited to tender if evidence of any of the above is not presented.

    SUPPLY OF DYNEEMA FIBER-ROPE LINE

    MPSG is by this publication, inviting suitably qualified validly certified and experienced Ghanaian registered companies for prequalification, for the supply of a dyneema fiber-rope line.

    1. These services shall include the provision of all Quality Assurance, Quality Conformance (QAQC) documentations.
    2. To quality to be invited to tender, evidence of the following are mandatory:
    • Contractor shall be a fully Ghanaian registered indigenous company as per Petroleum (Local Content and Local Participation) Regulations 2013.
    • Contractor shall have valid Ghana Petroleum Commission Certification for operation in upstream oil and gas sector to undertake the service scope.
    • Contractor shall operational office/supply base in Ghana (provide drawings, pictures, etc.)
    • Contractor shall submit financial reports for last three years.
    • Contractor shall provide HSE Management system.
