    PRINCIPAL FUNCTION

    The Joint ventures are partnership where two or more companies work together. As the joint Venture Coordinator your principal functions for this role would be to develop, negotiate and monitor the execution of formal agreements for operated and non-operated joint ventures within the Petroleum companies and other sectors. The ideal candidate will have to strategies on how to share costs and risks, to leverage economies of scale, to access new technologies and customers, or to improve access to financial and legal resources.

    The ideal candidate will have to integrate the requirements of disciplines such as marketing, legal counsel, accounting and auditing to ensure the company’s best interests are served and the agreements can be executed successfully. The ideal candidate duties would not limit to the following:

    EXPERIENCE

    Significant experience in a similar role or strong demonstrable joint Venture Accounting and legal experience with an Oil& Gas operator:

    Proven leadership capabilities

    Significant excel skills and experience of extracting financial reporting information from accounting systems

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Essential

    • University Graduate with relevant degree
    • Any of the following Professionally Qualified (CA,ACCA,CIMA)
    1. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

    Job purpose

    To develop and maintain effective client relationship securing the long-term flow of work into the department. Taking responsibility for the financial control and profitability of projects.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Degree in sales & Marketing or Related Field (CIM. UK or Ghana).

    Ability  to  Priorities, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Coaching Skills, Strong Oral Communication Skills, Negotiating Talent, Problem-Solving Capabilities, Professional Thorough, Detail-Oriented

    Principal Function

    Your principal function are to:

    Special Purchasing

    Supply chain

    Facilities Support

    General Purchasing

    Qualification required

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and professional qualification (CIPS, CILT) with 2-3 years’ working experience  in procurement  supply chain services
    • Valid driving license
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
