We are ins each of a top HR Director whose mandate is to provide top management leadership in designing and implementing systems, policies, programs and practices that will attract, develop and retain appropriately skilled employees, and creating a harmonious and productive industrial climate to support the attainment of corporate goals.


    • A/B.Sc Degree in relevant field
    • Master Degree in related field will be an advantage
    • Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-graduate experience and should have served in an HR Leadership Role
    • Have a broad understanding of all the functional areas of Human Resource Management
    • Must be abreast with emerging trends in Strategic Human Resource Management
    • Have knowledge and understanding of the Power business/industry


    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    1. Demonstrate ability to develop and implement Human Resource strategy that aligns with corporate/group strategy
    2. Demonstrate ability to provide leadership for transformational change in the organization and the Human Resources function.
    3. Demonstrate ability to improve work culture to ensure effective workforce utilization and enhance employee productivity
    4. Demonstrate strong understanding of managing a reward management system using broadband salary structure with a performance driven focus
    5. Be abreast with HR technology and demonstrate ability to harness and drive same for improve productivity
    6. Be a team player with demonstrated ability to motivate staff and encourage participation in decision-making process
    7. Have a strong analytical, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
    8. Be energetic, proactive, dedicated, performance-driven and capable of working under stress
    9. Have the ability to respond to new challenges, make appropriate decisions, manage and lead strategic change
    • Ability to analyze people issues involving career progression of multi-disciplinary workforce in an aging organization and provide solutions
    • Must have policy formulation, strategic management, process re-engineering and total quality management skills
    • Must possess relevant applicable management skills
