Aisha Adam is an Africa Associate of the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) providing supports for NRGI’s economic research, technical assistance and capacity Building activities across Africa.
Aisha Adam was an overseas Development Institute Fellow working on Budget Reform Unit of the Budget Office of the National Treasury of South Africa. She recently authored a paper on how to reform South Africa’s rollover process used by national developments to shift unspent budgets into future financial years.
Aisha has also worked as a research assistant in the economic department of the University of Ghana.
She is the Author of ‘Ghana Petroleum Revenue Management Act: Back to Basics’’ and a co-author of “Funding Ghana’s Free Senior High School with the Oil Revenue: Sober Reflection Required”
