The theme for the event is dubbed “Stakeholders’ Engagement on Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Process in Ghana”

The event is to ensure effective process and implementation of the act through public dialogue on the said subject. Participating regions include Brong Ahafo and Ashanti, forming the middle belt of Ghana. Participants from various institutions including state and non-state actors, international oil companies, civil society actors, media and other industry players will grace the occasion with their presence and offer invaluable insights to drive the discussion.

The objective of the event seeks to

    2. Provide updates on the implementation phase; and
    3. Build their capacities to understand the concepts and intricacies of BO so that they can monitor and also ask the right questions
