    ENGINEERING MANAGER

    Job Purpose: Manage a team of lead engineers and project engineers: coordinate with management and support department in the proper execution of all engineering related activities to achieve the company’s goals-Responsibilities:

    • Verify that engineering tasks are strictly carried out in compliance with the contract requirements, and in particular with the client safety philosophy recognized engineering practices, project specifications and standards;
    • Manage technical interfaces with the client;
    • Close interface with Group engineering team
    • Deliver engineering documents according to the schedule requirements; Ensure that engineering task are carried out with optimum productivity, by proactively coordinating the design work carried out by engineering departments, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors; • Organize and directs all engineering forces in project organization;
    • Ensure that constructability reviews are carried out;
    • Review and approve engineering documents i.e. drawings, specification and requisitions prior to their issues;
    • Interfaces with students (Partnership with Universities); Qualification & Requirement:
    • BSc in Mechanical, Petroleum or related engineering discipline
    • Good knowledge of offshore installation
    • 5-10 years’ experience in subsea Oil and Gas Projects (SURF);
    • Detailed engineering experience on Turnkey and Construction works
    • Must have handled projects related to Oil and Gas:
    • Possess leadership and guidance skills to support the growth and development of other engineering staff members;
    • Demonstrate success in past projects involvement and technical delivery of small to medium size projects;
    • Ability to present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients;
    • Proven ability to influence and mentor others in safety principles and behaviours; demonstrate high interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a multinational and multicultural environment;
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple disciplines and multiple cultures;

    Has a strong sense of responsibility, high level of integrity and ethics;
